Coach David has been teaching and coaching swimming in various capacities for the past 20 years. He grew up swimming in Texas and later moved to Atlanta after being recruited to swim for Georgia Tech. His passion for the sport continues through triathlon, and he is enthusiastic about all things fitness and healthy eating.
David lives in Peachtree Station with his wife, Sunny, and their four-kid crew—yep, they’re growing the team both at home and in the pool! His oldest son and daughter are back for another season, ready to make a splash under Dad’s watchful eye.
Outside of coaching, David holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design. After a decade of designing consumer products in the corporate world, he co-founded a small design firm, which gives him the flexibility to, well… coach a swim team. His goal is to create a positive environment where swimmers develop confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation of fitness.

Hi, I'm Charlie Boalch and I'm a second-year student at the University of Georgia. This is my first year coaching for Peachtree Station. I've swam for the Piranhas, Spartans Aquatic Club, Norcross High School, and Club Swimming at UGA, where I've competed in multiple state and national championships. Outside of swimming, I love to play pickleball and read.
Hi, I’m Tyler Landis. I am going into my junior year at UGA. I have been a swimmer my entire life -- swimming with the Piranhas, the Fowler Fins, Norcross High School and currently the UGA Club Swim Team. This is my 5th year as an assistant coach for the Piranhas. Outside of coaching, I enjoy sports, weightlifting, and eating Chipotle.
Hi! My name is Macie Rogers, and I’m a rising senior at Norcross High School! This is my first year as an Assistant Coach for the Piranhas, but I was a Futures Coach last summer. I have been swimming for 12 years, and my favorite stroke is freestyle. I am also a soccer player, love being outside, and hanging out with my friends. I’m so excited for this season!
Hi! I’m Natalie Sprinkle, and I’ll be graduating from Norcross High School this spring and will attend the University of Georgia in the fall! I love to walk, read, and hang out with my friends. I’ve been swimming for PSST since I was six, and I can’t wait to serve as a coach this summer!
Hi, my name is Sam Taylor. I am a rising senior at Norcross High School. I have been a swimmer for the Piranhas swim team since I was 4 years old. This will be my third year coaching with the Piranhas. I am a 3 year state and county team member for Norcross High School. My best stokes are butterfly and breaststroke. I enjoy doing other sports like club volleyball and pole vault. Excited for this season!
Hi!! My name is Kaisa, I am a rising sophomore at Norcross High School and I have been doing swim for 5 years, but this is my first year coaching!! I enjoy hanging out with my friends, playing volleyball, and going to the beach.
Hi! My name is Alice Van Duyne. I am a rising tenth grader at Norcross High School, and I have been swimming for the Piranhas since I was 3 years old when I was a Future Piranha.
