WEBSITE
We are encouraging everyone to check the website often. It has all the most up-to-date information concerning practice, swim meets, meet results, etc. Some pages are blocked to non-members, so please make sure you are logged in to view everything.

EMAIL
Please also check your email regularly during the season for updates and swim team reminders. Emails will come through the SwimTopia site, so everyone must register on the site.

FISH FILES
Written communications will be made available in the team’s file box, the “FISH FILES.” A hanging file folder is set up for each family. The FISH FILES will be used mainly for ribbon distribution, team pictures, county information, and items that are not easily distributed on email. There are also files labeled for Swim-a-thon donations, coaches gifts donations, and other items.

Please check the FISH FILES on a regular basis. They are located just inside the gate during practice hours.

BULLETIN BOARD
The team also has a bulletin board at the pool.
